Returns For All Products (Including Gifts)

YARNS AND COLOUR practices a 30-day conditional RETURN Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Eligibility by Region

We accept returns for orders delivered to the USA, Canada, and Europe. This includes the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, and Norway.

We currently do not accept returns for any orders delivered outside of these regions.

Delivery Timeframes & Charges

USA, Canada & Europe (including UK):

  • Delivery timeframes and charges for these regions will be calculated at checkout.

Africa, Asia & Middle East:

  • Delivery in 7–12 business days

  • Free Delivery on all orders of €1000 and above

  • Delivery charges apply otherwise.

Partial refunds may be granted in cases like:

  • Disputed return eligibility (e.g., late arrivals or delayed requests)

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our fault)

  • Returns after 30 days: may qualify for EXCHANGE or GIFT CARD value, not refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary from a few minutes to 30+ days.

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers must pay for return shipping.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

We recommend trackable shipping or insurance for returns valued over £500 / $600. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
