ATTENTION USA CUSTOMERS ONLY: 

Due to changes by the US government's postal arrangement with the EU regarding Tariffs etc, which in our understanding also includes the abolishment of TRACKING RECORDED PARCELS to the US. 

But we trust An Post to deliver accordingly even without tracking systems in place.

An we look forward to the issue to be resolved/changed soon.

An Post: 

''Following a directive from the US government, all parcels originating in Europe and containing goods, must have taxes paid on those goods before they can the US.    The long-standing ‘de minimus’ allowance for contents (goods) less than $800 in value will no longer apply from 29th August''. 

''The only exceptions to this new ruling are traditional letters, documents and parcels containing gifts valued at less than €85/$100''.

OUR SREGULAR SHIPMENT INFORMATION:

  1. We deliver internationally, particularly to the Americas, and Europe (Excluding non-serviceable areas)
  2. Free Shipping for purchases above  Euro 200 within The Republic of Ireland only.
  3. FREE SHIPPING for purchases above Euro 500  for all purchases outside the Republic of Ireland.
    3. All order updates will be shared with you on your registered email ID and phone number - regarding any subtle differences or customised changes

    4. Orders will be shipped within  1-3 days from its confirmation. Delivery Estimated is from 3 to 6 Days from Shipment. 

    5. Any modifications / changes in the order that you placed, shall be accepted only within the first 24 hours of order placement.

We currently use An Post's postal service . This option is a secure service provider offering track and trace service from door to door, all shipments are insured. Email with tracking info will be sent after your order has been despatched.

Standard Shipping via Postal Network

  •  4.50€ inside of Ireland
  • 7.50€ Within the European Union
  • 15.50€ or more, outside the EU and the Americas (+ USA and Canada)

  • IMPORTANT: As a new Company, we are not sure about posting packages to current designated areas or regions of conflict or trade disputes. We will adhere to the Irish postal advice on such orders and will advice accordingly whether it will be possible to deliver to such destinations or not. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause to our beloved customers in these parts of the world.

    Please note that if you live in a remote area, An post shipping will cost more. Customers will be contacted if this is the case.

Returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties, or shipping charges incurred. With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your return package and any additional payment which may be required.
